Following the meeting, an association dinner (dress lounge suits) was held at 7pm for members at the same venue.

Autumn Meeting:  5th to 7th September 2014, Sandy and Old Warden.

Accommodation: The Holiday Inn, Garden Court, Gifford Bridge, London road, Sandy, Cambridgeshire.

Arrivals by air were made to Biggleswade, Old Warden Airfield (standby/alternate – Cranfield).

Programme

Friday 5th September
Arrival and informal dinner at the hotel.
Saturday 6th September
Coach left the hotel to visit the newly refurbished Swiss Gardens and Shuttleworth Collection at Old Warden.
 Lunch at the Old Warden airfield.  Then return to hotel by coach. 
Departed hotel for guided tour of Shuttleworth Collection, pre-dinner drinks and black tie dinner, again at the Shuttleworth site.
Sunday 7th September
The AGM was held at the Holiday Inn, Sandy.
Members took their own transport to Old Warden.
Members and their guests had group ticket access to a special BMPA enclosure at Old Warden, with packed lunch. The world-renowned late-summer airshow was enjoyed by all and included a demonstration of the amazing de Havilland Comet Racer.
