Meetings
Two main meetings are held each year. The winter meeting is the main academic meeting and is usually held at the RAF Club in London in February. The programme typically has an academic aeromedical content plus material of a more general aviation interest. CAA approval of the programme is sought and traditionally several CPD points are granted.
The summer meeting is centred on an airfield and members are encouraged to fly in to this. As an incentive to encourage flying to the meetings, the Association subsidises airfield charges.
Members are encouraged to bring guests to the meetings.
It is hoped to organise or or more fly-ins (or fly-outs) for members each year.
